January is proving to be an interesting month.  Last week I got filmed by NH Chronicle and the airing on Channel 9 will be January 24th.  It is just one week away.  I will post it on my website when I get the link.  And on January 20th I will end the contest to determine the next Seasonal Special.  If you want to participate you can send me your idea for a Winter Seasonal Special.  I am finding this challenging as there isn’t any local produce that is seasonal.  If you give me the winning idea and do it before anyone else, then I will send you a dozen granola bars of your choice.
